Thatβs a shame, three friendly ones on that stretch came and said hello to us. You don't really have to ask yourself why, when he's called dogless ! eta - believe they live on the moorings at the top of the lock there as apparently they've had numerous games with local dogs and their walkers.

I'm allergic to cats ... itchy eyes and sneezing ... but Jane loves them. Sat in Acton churchyard on a walk on Wednesday we were 'mugged' for strokes and cuddles by a lovely long haired cat ... well Jane was Rog

Yes think they are on the first boat as you head towards the locks.

I remember a long line of occupied residential moorings on approaching the staircase from the top ... last time here Jane and I were discussing how much they may be paying and you can't even get the boat against the bank.
Today only one boat ... have they all be cleared off ?
