I hope the nonce prince is shitting bricks! I wouldn't have thought so to be honest, he is royalty. The whole point of being royalty is that you are immune to the actions of plebs.

It's quite funny when people say "nobody is above the law"
I think you'll find that is incorrect.

On the back of the refusal to extradite the U.S diplomat to the U.K I can't see us ever sending a member of the royal family to face any charges.
Dident he offer to assist in their enquiries which the United States did not take up.
I also can't see him offering to visit to face charges.

It seems unlikely she will find prison somewhere she will accept, given her life so far.
There is some comment the omission of Giuffre as a witness in the Maxwell trial indicates a possible unreliability and thus helps Prince Andrew.
HRH is not on trial in a criminal case.

There seems to be a bit of a gold digger thing happening as well so it would make sense for the prosecution to avoid certain individuals.
One hopes tb is not in danger here as I spy libel.

I'll wager he will never testify in an American trial, criminal or civil.

He definitely won't be visiting his nephew at any point soon.
I don't think they have the balls to do anything. It would certainly affect the bond between the two nations.
Im also unsure of he has done any wrong. Misguided intentions excluded.

He cant just keep his gob shut and hide away though, the only way that will work is if his slimy lawyers manage to get the case binned.

Taking part in sexual exploitation is the central theme.

Why would commiting a felony, taking part in sexual exploitation potentially not lead to a criminal trial?

It does appear to be a possibility; be ordered to pay damages to Guiffre; be reconsidered for public prosecution. My bet is that if Andrew's lawyers advise him that the likelihood of court action would go against him there will be an out-of-court settlement. Also it's not certain there will even be a case.

There won't be any case. Even if he did do something.
It just won't happen.
