Would that mean he gets to keep the ski lodge?

No, the lodge is toast. I think a is getting his wires crossed. Prince Andrew has indicated he wants to donate some cash to a rape recovery charity of some sort, and they have indicated he can fuck off. Giuffre has said that she will direct a substantial amount of the final settlement to charity, which is an entirely different thing.

It would seem that the charity is one set up by Giuffre herself.
If she thinks that it is acceptable to have a large donation from someone she has previously accused of being part of a sex trafficking ring then one must question her moral compass.
This is not an appropriate way to fund a charity such as this.
It is a green light to other abusers and traffickers that if you have enough wedge then you get away with illegal behaviour by paying off the victim.
Obviously this is nothing new but in this particular case it is bit sick isn't it.
She categorically should have pursued this through the courts. Taking the money indicates weakness and is offensive to those severely harmed by sex trafficking.
It shows the motive. Money not justice.
Yes the money is useful for the charity but it stinks.

Piffle, it's entirely appropriate. In what universe did you think things would be any different? And as reported, Giuffre is still free to spill the beans.
