I’ve just seen crt fixing “street lamps” on some waterside moorings, they’ve not worked properly for about five years. I get the feeling that the waterside moorings are being got ready to be sold.

if they were sold? Depends who they sold to, prices go up maybe.. I heard the new owners of Hawkesbury basin want to get more boats in, long terms moorers not happy as they are losing garden space.

Yes if there are sold. Nothing much can be done if they are sold and prices go up, what matter more is if folk are daft enough to pay the prices, if they dont then they will not increase them.

Survival of the fittest/richest. A good wheeze would be to sell the lot to the Chinese - everyone else is at that game.
