Is that a 24hr day?
Would be good value if it was.

No just 8 hours I think, extra Β£40 for a pilot.
To be fair they have done it up nice, but you can hire a day boar from Boot wharf, Ashby boats and Bosworth marina for less than that.

Heading up the North Bank on the Nene away from the Dog in a Doublet back towards the city. Back at the embankment; Ive seen a few of these about - ebay specials that look absolutely bloody awful as liveaboard conversion! An slightly bigger floating beer platform than what @magnetman has ππ»ππ

This was at Buckles Boatyard Stibbington mouse on Vanguard in Hot Pursuit! A very rare boat out this way (out this way at any rate!) @magnetman or faffer help me out, my minds gone blank! 1940 flying boat bomb scrow, rescued from the scrap metal man in the fenland wastes early 1970βs; originally had a pair of Meadows petrol engines in it, now 6 cylinder Leyland powered, been in the stewardship of father and son for nearly 50 years Some might say gratuitous, some may even say narcissistic; me? I say WHATEVER!

Nice to see a proper two smoke outboard still going. And the Sniper. Always nice to see a Sniper.
