Really glad you put this on here, it's hardly been mentioned in every news outlet there is, would've missed it otherwise.

To be fair this section is called "news and current affairs".
I think the idea is to attempt to spark discussion about active news topics.

if only we had Finnish TV or a subscription to the Fail-on-Line we would have been aware of it without the fuxxy's prompting.
.............................. NOT !!!

I actually knew nothing about this since I dont watch the news and although ordinarily I'm not keen on the Mail's style it was an incredibly detailed report from information gathered in such a short space of time since it happened... the before and after slide images were a very interesting way to see the devastation the explosion caused. It also didn't take long for conspiracy theories to arise, and mainly that the alleged spark to the ammonium nitrate wasnt necessarily how it originated.

You didn't put it up before me, so we would all have missed it then. Not that it was of any urgency - which is exactly what the Lebanese ministers said of all that ammonium nitrate being stored for years on end in their shed at the docks. This is a handy place to see what's going-on: www.newsnow.co.uk/h/UK

Eh? I posted Tuesday evening - the oldest report I could see was around 30 minutes old. It had not been reported here on Thunderboat then.
