I've mentioned this elsewhere I'm sure ... but in case anyone is looking for a new data deal, I'll put it under its own heading. I have been paying £20 per month for 20gb of data on Three for several years ... it was an okay deal when I started it but time passes and better deals are available. I spoke by phone to Three requesting unlimited data at £20 per month or less. Amazingly my new deal began yesterday and as I signed up for two years I am now paying £18 per month for unlimited data I think I'll resist clicking onto naughtyfox 's crazy links even so Rog

Yes I’ve had unlimited data for £18 from three for about 10 years, but at the moment reception with three is crap for some reason.

It seems when, they sell lots of the unlimited deals. The speed gets throttled back. That’s all I can think it can be.

I pay £22 for unlimited but this does include a router, which seems to work better than the dongle I was using before. I've posted this before, but here's the name I gave it and I chuckle to think of every scally within a 200 yard radius of the canal flushing the Class A's down the bog when I bimble past.

I've started naming the hotspot on my phone and leave it on in pubs and stuff. Amazing how many people will see it trying to connect to the pubs wifi.

Are three reliable anymore, lots of stuff on the web about the speeds bombing out the past year or so?
Used to be on them a few years ago and had no problems though.

They don't have enough capacity, has been in decline past four months. Esp Sat afternoon. I blame football. How do I get a bigger battery and how does antenna reach mifi when door closed?

How do I get a bigger battery and how does antenna reach mifi when door closed? the bigger one I got was from amazon I think in the end - not massively bigger (can't recall if it was 1500 or 1800mh but whichever was bigger than the original one. As for the antenna, I drilled another hole through the roof and put it next to the tv one so it's covered by the gland thingy - and a load of sika flex.
