police are battling to stop illegal raves blamed for spreading the virus... including 140 revellers cramming onto a canal boat in East London for brazen drugs party these were the scenes on a barge moored on the River Lea in East London in the early hours of yesterday, as scores of people gathered for an illegal rave. Despite growing evidence that these gatherings will reignite the spread of Covid, about 140 people turned up to pay the £15 entry fee. After the first 80 were let on board, the others had to wait outside as a one-out, one-in system was implemented. Within minutes of climbing aboard and being directed into a windowless party room, undercover Mail on Sunday reporters were offered a gram of cocaine for £50 by the ‘resident’ dealer. The same woman happily passed canisters of nitrous oxide – so-called ‘hippy crack’ – to partygoers from behind the DJ booth. One man brazenly snorted white powder off the bar after cutting it into lines using an Oyster travel card. Another offered the horse tranquiliser ketamine to our team at £60 a gram. The canal barge is pictured above

there was a very sad police inspector from Cornwall who was also the union shop steward telling us on BBC news how the police are run ragged with all the crime that is ongoing, and that the police funding didn't allow for policing tourists and certainly not for invading people's homes to enforce the covid restrictions. Apparently breaches of the restrictions are not considered to be criminal actions and he said the police didn't want to treat otherwise law-abiding people as criminals.
what the fuck ??

Breaches of restrictions are bloody criminal offences and cost lives, the police should and must crack down hard to stop the pandemic from getting out of hand again (which it's going swiftly in that direction) Phil

The Police only hand out fines to little old ladies sitting on park benches because "they are not exercising". Easy targets. A few hundred Black Lives Matter / Fiends Forever crammed together in squares throwing rubbish all over the place and the Police will only get down on one knee in the hope of not getting a bollocking from Cressida Dick for not being aware of their privilege. Why aren't the military having a clean up if the Police can't hack it? Rat-a-tat-tat, take that and that and that!

I will carry on as my norm here in my little corner of the World..... Stuff the raves, the crowds etc...

“The government you elect is the government you deserve.” Do a search for a 'faired haired man, baby, violinist, and super injunction' - should give you something to shout about!

I'm happy to be safe from the filth you read Meanwhile, the Norwegians aren't too keen on having Brits spread Covid-19 to their lands: "Once a country is ‘red', the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against travel that is not strictly necessary to that country, and self-quarantine is required for travellers returning or arriving from it."
