We greatly miss our GSD Duffy, he would NOT walk on a lead because his herding instinct was so strong. Duffy would beside me and after a few paces swing behind me to walk beside Chris and then repeat and repeat, he was keeping us from getting lost. If you were with us you would be included. A bit norty but sometimes I would slip behind a tree which gave him the dilemma of should he keep his eye on Chris or run back to find me. I always had a slip lead to hand not because we didn't trust him but for other peoples peace of mind. He was a 75kg male who came out of a Crufts Obedience winner. Mould Freya to suit you and your reward will be a cracking dog. Oh I got him for the cost of a sack of dog food from a guy who had 3 guard dogs one being his mum and none were neutered. We will come through this .... eventually Phil Ah..Freya is must better off lead ...if I have her on lead I end up dragging her as she's so reluctant. Off lead she bounces along and comes as soon as she's called...Obv in streets she has to be on as she's still very young . Molly we couldn't let off as she'd run for freedom and ignored all attempts to get her back. Freya zooms in at first call....I find it quite amazing how good recall is. Ah nice one Patty, it would be lovely if she had the same herding instinct that Duffy had. I can just see you now walking Freya while she busily gathers in strangers. Stick with it and dont let the "Black Dog" get a look in Phil

Oh yes... the notorious Rusty Nut Wrecker parrot. To be avoided unless it's all you can afford. Doesn't talk apart from the occasional squeak when pressed into action. Guaranteed to be out of reach or too big for the job at hand. Many novice keepers swear by it's usefulness in difficult situations but it's 'parroting' of 'shit that wasn't supposed to happen' should serve all as a warning.

Well u can always use it as a substitute hammer...i find if all else fails an application of hammer like whacking resolves most problems......

I've mentioned before that at this time of year as the days are shortening... "Also there is the chance to win a Christmas burble until Sunday 22 November 2020!"

I do kinda fancy one. my brother had a kit car...if u mean one of those cars that you build from an err kit from the front looked like a lotus..from the back a milk float. Constantly overheated eventually I towed him to Bourne where he part ex for a proper car...he drove it the last few hundred yards so it didn't overheat....

Depends who builds them. Bit like British cars in the 70s, some good, some bad. I’m still a kid at heart, love speed. I can’t really justify spending the sort of money I’d need to for a production car, that gives the sort of performance I want. I have motorbikes that do what I want, just have a whim for something else. Luckily Ali shares my enthusiasm 😍
