It starts at Limehouse / Regents canal dock. I've been intrigued about the Islington tunnel keepers house which is now gone completely. Someone on the canalworld thread on this pointed out it may have been proud of the wall so the house could have been removed quite easily rather than still being in place behind the current brickwork. I was thinking it had been bricked over but maybe not. And from the Google towpath crawler
