Signed, it's not a bad mooring down there, until it floods.

Just one thing about this petition business. If everyone can start a petition online from their keyboard, and anybody can sign it perhaps just to fill a moment of ennui, thus the likelihood is the amount of petitions will snowball and their effectiveness will surely be undermined. Also you get a bunch of spam because you signed up.
Just as a comparison, since the availability of any film ever made is now a mouse gesture away, they have definitely lost some of their currency. This internet thing is a real double-edged sword.
Also yes I did sign it.

. Also you get a bunch of spam because you signed up. Speaking of spam from signing up I got several unsolicited messages after buying you that beer in that pub the other day with my phone. Next time let's make it a cash deal for the beer. Not really moaning as it turned out Mr Wancsyk did end up sending me the million pounds but I had to check its authenticity first which was quite arduous.

Are you allowed to travel on trains in order to dispose of composted waste at a remote location ?

I signed it but change . org gives me the creeps. .org is a funny one isn't it. Seems at first sight like it might be a cherry tea type thing but in the end it's commercial.

.org and .org.uk were originally reserved for not for profit organisations. As opposed to .com and .co.uk which were for companies engaged in business.

Mostly they seemed to want my money. £2 first then "just think what 25 heroes donating £20 could do!" Abbsolutely sweet FA other than make the owners very rich I imagine.

There's already been some work to flood proof the moorings. Riser poles clamped to the cast iron mooring bollards, so the boats don't end up on the bank, as happened to the scout boat outside the navigation. It's just down from figure of three, the lock washed out in the last flood. The mind boggles at how many Olympic baths full of water a minute are going down there when it's in flood.
