You see ... sorry naughtyfox but I've no idea what your jumbled collection of quotes is supposed to be communicating to me about your opinions, beliefs or thoughts ... and I suspect others feel the same. Rog who? me?

I only starved Gazza once. (Don’t know how to tag him) When I taught evening classes at Tech twice a week it was Gazza’s job to cook the the evening meal. One evening he hadn’t bothered. I went to the chippy to get pie and chips. Came back, plated it and started eating. He asked where his was. I said still in the freezer. I got my evening meals after that! I only starved Gazza once. Thats the kind of parenting we do. Often people moaned at us because we didn't say, have a guard around a heater. But we warn them its hot and if they ignored us and touched it, they didn't then touch it again. Obviously we didn't have it too hot but enough to make them only do it the once. Never starved them though although I guess that was a key life lesson right there. P.s use the @ and without a space write the forum name. It won't work with everyone as some people have a different name displaying but will work with Gazza. Mother was incandescent with rage over that - still, sow the wind reap the whirlwind eh mouse 🙈 For my part it was one of his rare size 9 moments - bloody rightly so too 👍 I managed to replicate it in a similar fashion -one hard and stressful day we worked 18 hours straight at the brewery, pre mobile phone so Iused the office phone to call home announcing I would be back in 35 minutes, tired and hungry and would appreciate a bit of food when I got in. Miss Gazza has spent the better part of the evening watching the TV while my colleagues and I struggled like bollocks to keep the show on the road. Like mouse I’m not a fussy eater - anything would have done, I arrived home to a plate of hastily prepared beans on toast 🤬 luckily we lived a very short walk from a damn good Chinese takeaway, no arguments or words were had, 20 minutes later I had my food - when asked where hers was I said if you thought beans on toast was such a good idea your welcome to the plateful that I didn’t fancy 👍

Give me their e-mails addresses. I'll write to them and ask if they've seen the latest iPhones They don't have iPhones. He has her old phone an s8 but as he walks to and from school on his own, it seems sensible, we can track it too. Definitely no apple products in this house.😉 Sorry if I've missed your move (been in no signal land for a while now) thebfg - but best wishes to you all in your new home x

Next Friday is the big day. Spent the week clearing stuff we haven't used in years and all the rubbish. Managed to put loads of stuff on market place for free so free cycled most of it. Now I have to start buying flooring and a shower.
