What isn't revolting is a big bowl of broccoli and stilton soup along with petit pain....lush Phil Broccoli and stilton soup for us tonight Bloomin' central heating packed in this morning (think it's the sender unit) and we've got repairs booked for Saturday morning. Happily the temperature outside has raised a good bit and we've borrowed a couple of electric heaters? A bit miffed at having to wait 48 hours for the gas man ... but staff shortages due to the virus is creating problems. Rog Call MtB

We like a good Indian or Chinese and generally have one on payday.
Bangers and mash today, the gravy will be made by following Vince's recepie.
I do like bangers and mash.

I can't really be arsed with food so nothing in particular.
I'm one of those people who would just swallow pills if they gave me all the nutrition I needed.
Food is hassle.

tonight I got in lste and cold and knackered, (got call in the morning a winch had broken down at the drydock .... needed because two boats leaving and a very large one arriving (winch is used to open the dock gates) got there and fixed winch but yard desperately short of manpower on a particularly difficult day because of people either off sick or unable to do some of their normal work (injuries of one type or another) ended up working there all day ...... hard work and bloody cold.... arrived home, mug of hot coffee laced with large slug of rum, heating turned up full bore .... and another doffee with rumm.
Homemade chicken and dumpling stew out of the freezer .... blitzed in the microwave .... washed down bny another coffee and rum .... and I;m going to haveabnother ruman gpo to bed night night!

I gave in and phoned my mate John, he bought round an extra large pizza, cheesy jalapeno bites, chicken bites, cheesy tatties, garlic bread and pudding.
Washed down with a bottle of Spitfire and Hobgoblin.

Chicken wraps of some kind, nice and easy, drinking takes over food on a Friday, even more so with the shitty day I have had!
