Decent little Video of the flooding we suffered in the East Anglian Region over Christmas 2020
Note Papermill Lock St Neots at 0:47 - the gate is fully raised - Air Draft of at least 8' on a summers day!

I had a text, an e-mail, a call on my mobile plus a call on my landline from EA saying there was danger of the Lark flooding ,that was this morning. On the early nรจs it was reported that the River Great Ouse was in flood Phil Bit of a detour for us to get to the MIL yesterday - should have been 3 miles, ended up 14!, road flooded at Old Head Wood on the Brigstock to Grafton Road - Police Roadblock, one of the residents of Grafton Underwood went down at teatime and cleared the Culvert - found a dead fiesta sat at the nearside of the road! Had dropped sufficently for me to get through later on. The stream in Grafton is just Staying in it's banks - Harpers Brook into the Nene was well out of it's bank at Teatime! flood-warning-information.service.gov.uk/station/6105
