Changed the subject? Off Topic. Do you want to further deride black Africans as less socially advanced despite the fact that many will be third generation British? Or just agree with the figures that clearly show that black persons do commit more crime and therefore should be stopped and searched more than any other ethnic group? Are you on the sauce? There is also a school of thought that says the young of socially deprived famillies are more likely to be involved in crime .... and the children of black famillies are more likely to be socially deprived.
my view is that it's just a very sad commentary on our society that large numbers of young people carry knives and think of them as weapons (often for self protection against others who carried knives offensively)
From the age of about 10 or 11, I always had a knife in my pocket ..... it wasn't a weapon, it was an essential tool of childhood. I mean without a knife how would you be able to cut and trim hazel wands to make spears or Dutch arrows, gut the rabbit you had just snared or the fish you had just caught or cut the tail off the squirrel you had just killed (for the bounty ..... 2/- a tail) ..... I mean without one you couldn't even play mumblypeg with your mates. If you were a boy scout it was as essential as a woggle. (I wasn't by the way) I probably had a knife in my pocket as a normal thing until I was probably in my 40's then it jus ceased to be a habit ....... my Father always carried a penknife ...... he had two, one was a work one ( a pruners knife with a hooked blade and the other when not at work and out dresed smartly was a silver bladed knife used for things like cutting up an apple (he had false teeth from a comparitively young age and was unable to bite into an intact apple)

I can understand black youths resenting stop and search, but it's the penalty for the high level of crinality among black youths, carrying knives is a criminal offence, a blade is an extremely dangerous weapon. I'm confident quite a few of those whites in hoodies are also stopped, if it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck ......

There will always be some who choose criminality. Even during the blitz there were those who saw the chaos as an opportunity and considered those who supported the war effort in whatever way to be mugs.
One thing seems clear from that handy diagram from The Daily Mail - the more deprived the area, the greater the violence. Poverty breeds crime.
Also, drugs are the cancer at the heart of society. I favour the Duterte approach to the issue. If it were my choice I'd start by funnelling a lot of resources into it. Its the perfect job creation scheme.

I dunno who vouched for you to vacate the loony bin, but I wish they hadn’t. 😂😂 Nobody did. They locked me up and threw away the key but failed to notice it ended up in the cell with me and I was able to get out. I'm on the run from the men in white coats.

I've carried a knife for years, currently a mini Swiss army model. Essential tool.
