Whilst I agree with you. Somethink needed to change and one of the main changes for passengers was bought about by getting front line staff to consider passengers as customers. The vagaries of human nature know no bounds. I feel no benefits at all from the change of passenger to customer. Probably it was the work of senior management trying to bring a βbusiness model β to the sector. As long as you have felt no dis-benefits then that is a success...
