The annual site running costs are around £1250 which is predominately made up of monthly hosting costs and quarterly software costs.
The current balance is therefore the best part of a year's regular cost, which is a good place for the site to be in the long term, to maintain a healthy buffer to cover us in the case of any unexpected costs.

So from those figure the average monthly donations income is £ 197.51 annual £ 2370.12
the average monthly expenditure is £ 92.24 annual £ 1106.81
So that give an average based on the published figures monthly surplus of £105.27 annual surplus £1260.31 so roughly there should be outstanding surplus on the 31 December 2016 of £1995.49. Interesting thought where is that money, in whose name or names is it held, etc.
