Currently moored at Prickwillow on the River Lark until tomorrow afternoon and we have managed to coach line the other panel on our boat. We've now called time on the painting until next spring as the time of year has finally caught up with us, there's just not enough dry time or daylight now. All we have left to do next spring is the stern deck and a coach line panel each side from the porthole to the bow of the superstructure. Now it's time to move work to the interior and the engine bay. I'm going to rip out and refit the shower using plastic sheet instead of tiles and I have my homemade stainless hospital silencer to fit. I'm also doing some electrical tidying and re-wiring the fridge with much heavier cable, as when I had the boat built I don't think they used heavy enough cable! Right, work over, now time to put feet up...😀 Attachments:

Thanks, we love the green. Will be getting her sign written before the cruising proper starts next spring.

Well, I said it was the painting finale, but I did refurbish the stainless chimney I made 4 years ago on Friday. Took it back to bare metal, removed the brass/copper bands and re-sprayed it with some decent quality high temp paint. I cleaned the bands and re-polished them on our pedestal polishing wheel and fitted a new brass handle salvaged from a wrecked coal scuttle. It certainly looks a damn sight better than it did.....almost professional I think.🙂
