I like the little toadstool house. I hope the sunflowers are well propped up. We like it too. Picked it up on Facebook when we collected our new herd. They are currently living in the wild area of the garden, not sure if we should restore them or leave them be. But a bargain for free. The sunflowers have massive canes and are attached to the fence we've already upgraded the canes once.

I'd insist the bathroom bulkhead was put where I put it on my plan... rather than bowing to the builders "the bathroom needs to be 6ft" insistence... THAT would have given 1ft more in the lounge (sorry saloon) and thus improve the feel in there AND stop whomever is closet the fire (when the chairs are to starboard) getting a burnt leg!
Apart from that, (and the over use of mdf on my part) it's about right....

I have changed this boat many times over the years, if i dont like something its easier to change it rather than put up with it.

There are a couple of things I got wrong laying out Sabina but the effort to change them is just too great.
One would involve untold amount of steelwork, moving battery room (yes they have their own little bit off the engine room) together with all the rewiring plus removing watertight door plating over the gap and cutting out and refitting the door on the otherside of the boat. Moving all the galley including grey water tank, sink. cupboards, oven, dishwasher plus all the pipework etc etc etc.
for an extra 25 sq foot of floor space ....... Nah !!! I think I'll pass
and the other one would be even worse !!!
