As long as a UK sticker is displayed on the rear of the car for travelling in Europe. In England nothing is required to be done. A gb sticker has always been required in Europe this was normally on the plate. The only change is now its required to be a UK sticker. Rather confusing then. Nomads link says GB plate must be removed .. obviously I’m talking for Europe. Oh well, got a few months to check it out. Probably change by then anyway. It actually says a gb sticker must be removed or covered not a plate. It only mentions an additional UK sticker. It makes mo mention of covering anything on a number plate.

Do you mean the place at the top of Point Hill? It's near the college. Think it may (perhaps unsurprisingly) be called 'Queen's House'.

That rings a bell yes. Not actually a palace per se but an interesting place.
Problem with Greenwich is it is Greenwich.
A far better museum in my view is the Museum of London Docklands. That really is a good one.

MOLD is a proper museum. Free entry which is always helpful. Housed in one of the original dock warehouses which helps rather a lot and although they don't have boats attached to the museum, which is a shame, there is water and some boats just outside including rather a nice Camper and Nicholson small superyacht which is now a glitzy naff hostelry.
Actually quite a nice motoryacht if one gets past the naff current useage of the craft.

The church garden is ok but nothing special. A random selection of drunks and Bengali yobboes mostly. And only one bench and a great big pile of stones presumably containing god botherers. Not been to the Prospect of Whitby but Wapping is a bit different to Stepney in terms of locals. I have been to the Ramsgate pub at Wapping and it was jam packed with dickheads.

I expect the Prospect is actually a bit touristy. But still. Also I've never been inside St Pauls; it was mostly closed a while back. Perhaps the renovations are complete.
ETA also there's an old pump house used for moving shit in Erith. Summat to do with a bloke called Joe.

The Prospect is interesting .... alternatives The Grapes in Limehouse or The Gun, Isle of Dogs (but I think this has been much moved upmarket so might be a yuppy haunt)

But you can ignore them. Or go there when they are busy cooking up the next market crash.

I don't do pubs but was wandering around the east end earlier and spotted a place called the Peacock. Tidy looking exterior almost as if it was no longer a pub but it is and there was some noise emanating from it.
Stepney/White chap hell area.
Also there is a tiny little pub on Salmon lane which now has 23+ on the door. It used to be 21+. Always a busy place but I don't do pubs or I will get in trouble with myself.

I'm sure a GB sticker is not illegal if its not being used as country identifier.

Swapped the GB sticker on my car for a UK one yesterday, in readiness for a trip to France. I did not detect any rift in the space/time continuum or any other cataclysmic event as a result of doing it. Cost me £1.49 for two I think, the other went on the MoHo.
