Completely wrong as usual. Ricco had already booked the boat into the boatyard on the first ever occasion I met him so unless I persuaded him through some form of telepathy this is yet more of your endless lies. Are you denying that you were in contact with Ricco, specifically with regard to advising or assisting in getting his engine lifted out for repair by the local Vetus agents, from sometime on Tuesday 29 August -- the day after I had visited and diagnosed what was was wrong with it -- to when you arrived in Middlewich on Thursday 31 August 2017 ? Telling you that the first communication I ever had with Ricco by any means was when I arrived in Middlewich was the clue here Tony.

Topless telepathy is supposed to be really good.
However I would baulk at the idea of a trucker unless it was a 26 year old fit female trucker.

Scania is okay I suppose but would prefer a Volvo. You don't notice what's in front when you're getting in the back doors.

You are claiming no communication with Ricco by any means whatsoever prior to you arriving at Middlewich at some time on Thursday 31 August 2017, and that the engine had already been lifted out of the boat, prior to your arrival, and that it was standing on the after deck when you got there, . . yes ?

Your imaginary no-win, no-fee libel lawyer will be able to check my mobile phone and Proboards private message history as well as Ricco's to confirm this so why don't you get him/her to check?

Completely wrong as usual. Ricco had already booked the boat into the boatyard on the first ever occasion I met him so unless I persuaded him through some form of telepathy this is yet more of your endless lies. Previously you have stated that when you arrived in Middlewich (on Thursday 31 August 2017) - quote - " Ricco's engine was on the stern deck, where it had been for three weeks. I helped him bow haul his boat to the Vetus agent ". Do you stand by this untrue statement, or do you now wish to withdraw it in light of the somewhat ambiguous post you have made (above) stating that - quote - " Ricco had already booked the boat into the boatyard on the first ever occasion I met him " ? Are you denying that you were in contact with Ricco, specifically with regard to advising or assisting in getting his engine lifted out for repair by the local Vetus agents, from sometime on Tuesday 29 August -- the day after I had visited and diagnosed what was was wrong with it -- to when you arrived in Middlewich on Thursday 31 August 2017 ? Do you also deny that, on your arrival in Middlewich, on Thursday 31 August 2017, you and Ricco moved his boat to the Vetus agent's yard, a few hundred yards away from where it was moored, and that it was the yard staff who lifted the engine out with a forklift and placed it on the after deck, . . to be repaired by the yard on Ricco's instructions ? The reality is that it doesn’t matter and nobody actually cares. The “he said … she said” thing is mildly amusing for a moment, then the moment is gone. Challenging CRT’s misapplication of S8 is in a different league and massively more interesting. It would be great if you could concentrate on that and take the moral high ground (ie disregard) the playground baiting aka “banter”.

CFA lawyers are the worst of the worst ! Funny that someone (TD) who views law practitioners as useless can't see through the scam.

You are being evasive and dishonest. The - quote - "imaginary no-win, no-fee libel lawyer" is something YOU, and ONLY you, have introduced from YOUR warped imagination in a clumsy and rather transparent attempt to cloud the real issue. You haven't answered the part of the question that asked if you agree that you stated that the engine had already been lifted out of the boat, prior to your arrival, that it was standing on the after deck when you got to Middlewich on Thursday 31 August 2017, and that it had been standing on the after deck for the previous three weeks.

FFS just let it go! no one cares what happened over four years ago, you can’t change it, it doesn’t affect your future. Just get a life and move on.

The "nobody cares" theme has been erroneously pursued by several other TB contributors who also regard themselves as mandated to speak for the rest of the world's population. The post you quoted wasn't directed at you, and it didn't make any reference to you, . . so unless you have anything positive or useful to add, . . or you want to offer your services as a suitably qualified ADR mediator, . . keep your uninvited nose out of matters that aren't any of your business, and that you clearly don't even begin to comprehend.

A very odd comment to make on a public forum, especially by a person who not long ago started a thread entitled 'self appointed moderator.....'
