Interesting misspelling I agree.
He's okay though. Nice bloke but yes the interaction is often slightly awkward. He has been there since I first went in that yard in about 1993.
Old FM&C site. To be fair they have avoided it being taken by developers and converted into awful modern housing which is pretty cool.
Good luck to whoever takes over the yard.

Can you buy another day in dry dock? Yes. Then do so. No. Proceed to pub. Buy KFC afterwards. Hmm Kant Fry Chicken?

If you insist BTW Quo before they hit on three chords and thirty years of success 🤣👌👍 used to go with an uncle in his Standard 12 and park up in the layby which was just a few yards from the runway at North Weald aerodrome
The jets used to sit and warm up there before take off ..... usually it was Hunters but one time we went there was a pair of Folland Gnats remember being amazed just how tiny they looked ...... smashing little aircraft

First coat went on today - (boat in dry dock since Sat 9am) Hopefully second coat will go on tomorrow. Due to leave 9am on Saturday - not sure if they will fill the dock on Friday or Sat morning (it takes a couple of hours...)
Ryland Premium Protection.
Data sheet says 48 hrs drying time between last coat and floating.
How concerned should I be?
Is it still on the boat, or has it ran off into the cut?
