In the oven as we speaketh.... base is 3dl wheat flour, 1dl durum flour, 1dl Graham flour, with 2dl water and some yeast. Minced beef. Tomato puree and curry paste spread on dough. You put the dough in the oven to get 'cooked' and then spread the minced beef (already fried with some curry powder sprinkled into it), and some tomatoes and rings of red, green & yellow peppers on top. goo.gl/photos/S6QPPxASF1SojnmM9

What I don't understand is why the chips aren't sliding off the plate - are they glued on? And that bread is surely going to land butter side down.
