I thought it was the best game of the weekend by far ... real battle between both teams, and the best team by far won. France just pushed us, rushed us, defended everything and in the first half made us look poor, and in the second half didn't crumble. The losing bonus point may be significant before the end of the competition, but we're going to have to be much better than that. I don't think Furbank or Ewels had bad games any worse than others ... Farrell dropping the ball twice ... when's that happened? Don't you love the 6N ... never know what'll happen Rog

Nothing went wrong with the result. Long wet match but the best result.

I feel slightly sorry for the Scots ... a ridiculous game in appalling conditions ... impossible to judge either team on that game. But Englands scrum was very solid again , and dominated throughout in that area. Relieved to get the win. Ireland looked fully in control against the Welsh, and looked more and more dangerous as the game went on. I'm happy there's a break now until we welcome Ireland to HQ ... that's going to be a hell of a game Rog

The order of the games is particularly good this weekend don't you think ? Scotland go to Italy, and really need to win ... they've not played badly so far, but they desperately need a good win, yet Italy scored some great tries against France, so not a fore gone conclusion. Wales at home are tough opponents for any team ... I think they'll beat the French in the last 20 mins, but it may be close. Then Sunday England play Ireland at HQ ... two good teams, with Ireland particularly looking strong at present. England back three injuries are causing a few problems at present, but we are at home. I think England might squeak it as it's Twickenham ... but I'm only confident it'll be a belting game. Win or lose ... three decent games Rog

A bonus point win for Saints would be the icing on the cake especially as we have played one less game;)

The Tiger's result was a shock ... not that they lost, but the level of the drubbing ... they must be so pleased Sarries have self destructed.

Scotland win, but rather a dull game ... neither team looked good enough to really take control.
France v Wales was a fantastic game, and France really start to look like the real deal.
I thought France were simply the better team and deserved the win.
Tomorrow's game becomes huge now.

England v Ireland always has been a huge game, first time in years I am not on the west coast over there for the match. However someone has to beat France for England to succeed in this championship
