I haven't been able to log in for 5 days. When I clicked on "log in" or "register" it timed out. This morning it was all back to normal except my computer had forgotten my log in details. Haven't had any issues with other websites.
Is it my computer or is it a pro-boards fault?

I haven’t had any problems, so I think it’s likely to be a problem at your computer end.

Stretched Kerphufle spring in the howitzer condensing chamber probably. Flush your power supply, a cup of tea will do... See "Jeb's Jobs" on the net for instructions.

Me too - so two identical 'computer' or 'user' errors.

User error. Known in the computer tech industry as a "Picnic". Problem In Chair Not In Computer.

I've been including a lot of bran on my diet lately so logging off has not been a problem.

.................. I am beginning to suspect that ProBoards is discriminatory.

A clear technical analysis for every issue - pity you didn't foresee the Clifton suspension bridge shaking in resonance with marching soldiers - and a pity you didn't advise Anthony Caro of the principles of the matter in good time.

Incidentally, and for a more constructive response, I sometimes get an error message from proboards who effectively take the blame. This also sometimes happens when I'm already logged in and I am just attempting to post or maybe just refreshing a page. It may be due to slow server response - the bandwidth where I am fluctuates wildly and the problems seem to occur when bandwidth is low - but I find that clearing the cache can help, as does rebooting the phone which I use as a router. This seems to me to be the most accurate speed test but I expect there's not much to choose. www.broadbandspeedchecker.co.uk/
