Back in the 70s I was quite inspired by Tangerine Dream. I eventually saved up enough to buy one of these en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korg_MS-20I've got a really old recording I wrote using this synth. We used my mates Revox reel to reel recoreder and used the bounce feature to layer the different tracks. I think all the tracks were played on the same synth. It's not a great recording as it's been copied axross a few different cassettes over the years. I'll see if I can put it on here.

With the advent of email addresses it has been remarkable to see how many people's middle name is Dorothy. You are certainly Dotty.

Love it!!!! PhilππΊπ¦ I'm glad someone likes it. π I've written loads of stuff over the years. Mainly instrumental, some of which might have been suitable for TV theme tunes. But I can't say I 'wrote the theme tune, and sung the theme tune'. (Nod to Little Britain's caricature of him) Yes, a real shame about Dennis Waterman. He was great in the Sweeney (love seeing those old cars) and New Tricks.

Another great keyboard composer/musician, that's very sad. I remember watching him perform his Heaven & Hell album live at the Albert Hall when I was in my teens. He started off playing the resident organ before taking to the stage. We had a look around Hack Green nuclear shelter yesterday. It made me realise how lucky we ALL are to be around still.

Q. Who was the only black man ever to have ridden a Derby winner? A. Lester Piggott's cellmate.
