For me, the videos are working, but all bar one of the photos aren't. No matter, enjoy your other bottle!

The windows remind me of a strip of ring binder hole re-enforcement stickers! Yes, you need a house warming party of Thunderboaters!! Now it's time to start the log book, and to keeps records on servicings, etc. You need a Visitors Book! So... we are to look out for a grey boat, then! I think this is Thunderboat's first 'baby', isn't it?

So glad it all went well and A.R Sole elected not to turn up. Watching the vids brought back good memories of Ananda being put in 11 years ago so can imagine how you're feeling tonight.....enjoy!😀😀😀

For me,the most emotional moment was when our boat arrived on the low loader.Seeing the lorry turn into Hanbury wharf nearly made me cry.12 yrs ago now & the memory still makes me smile 😊.

I thought after yesterday today would be exciting - having been chomping at the bit to get started, instead, I wandered around overwhelmed by the amount there is to do - not knowing where to start, I've chatted to various new neighbours... thrown balls for the bloke next doors dog and cut a couple of 8 x 4 sheets of birch ply in half.
tomorrow, we really do need to get some lacquer on.
Oh- I did fit the buttons front and rear - dropping another d link in the canal in the process.
What a waste of a day - I hope tomorrow is less daunting or it's going to be a VERY slow fit out lol

Sorry I missed your thread yesterday .... Your pics and videos sure brought back memories for me as well; I distinctly remember thinking I was gonna wet myself from the time the only thing between the boat and low loader was air, until her bottom was safely sitting in the water.....and breath I'm so very glad it all went smoothly for you, and that your hangover wasn't to harsh this morning
