. . . . . . . . . I’ve got £50 for you for selby Micheal, it’s more than you’ll get when crt take it off you. You, and the other vacuous gobshites who have been gleefully, and wrongly, predicting the seizure and removal of Selby Michael from C&RT controlled waters for such a very long time, would be well advised to bring yourselves up to date with facts and reality rather than continuing to parade your ignorance and stupidity in public. Had you done so, you would already be aware that Parry, Deards, Aymes, Garner, Barry et al, including Brian Clarke and his Commercial Criminal Boat Services, have for once fallen flat on their crooked dishonest faces, and failed miserably, with their customary, wholly illegitimate and unlawful, and fraudulently executed, boat removal thieving processes.

n other words Selby Michael is too big and worth nothing.
If as you suggest the CRT and their contractors are just thieves it would be completely pointless to touch the thing because it is going to have a significant negative value.
One for the flora and fauna to deal with I reckon.

But they are still doing it? Only to those who they, C&RT's professional boat thieves, are confident will only seek help from the likes of the NBTA and the Community Law Partnership, both of whom continue to fail to challenge either the waterway specific legislation that C&RT habitually abuse and disregard, or the current (statute) law governing the legitimate seizure of assets and property. This recent article, published on the Kennet & Avon Boating Community webpages, is a fine example of how, and the extent to which, the efforts of the likes of the NBTA and the Community Law Partnership are misdirected : -- < kanda.boatingcommunity.org.uk/boats-seized-in-limpley-stoke/ >

For all their faults the NBTA do get shit done.
If the aim is to get shit done rather than to not get shit done then you could argue that they are effective.
What they are effective at is not that important.

Obviously with an active organisation there will be some things which don't work. The NBTA actually have been quite effective in their own way.
I am not a fan as I feel that a militant arm of CRT is the last thing we need but yes they do get shit done.

I think he completely misread your post. Would you care to explain how you think I misread his post ? He said it could be argued that they are effective and that what they are effective at is not important, which can be taken two ways. 1. It doesn't matter what they are effective at. Or 2. They are only effective at unimportant stuff.

Nah, that's just unkind. There's probably still a few quid in spare parts from the engine. It’s been under water for what 18 months or two years. It will take some effort to sort that engine out. Shame, a sad way for an old boat to ends its days at the mercy of a megalomaniac old fart with shit for brains. I think my standing offer of £50 for selby Micheal is fair. Depending it’s not been robbed of all its bollards and stuff. I bet loads of bits have already gone. As I say what a sad ending for an old boat.

Depending it’s not been robbed of all its bollards and stuff. I bet loads of bits have already gone. As I say what a sad ending for an old boat. For the benefit of anyone still nursing the same misconceptions as the above mindless semi-literate specimen, the commercial barge Selby Michael remains where it was intentionally sunk by C&RT at Hazleford as a reminder to Parry and his gang of property thieving liars that they have no lawful powers under common law or any statutory enactment to seize vessels from their known and rightful owners. Kris, and any other vacuous gobshites who have been either wrongly predicting the seizure and removal of Selby Michael from C&RT controlled waters, or inventing idiotic reasons to explain why it hasn't been seized or removed, would be well advised to bring themselves up to date and think about the facts and the reality, rather than continuing to parade their ignorance and stupidity in public. For once, Parry and the rest of this so-called Trust's boat stealing crooks have fallen flat on their faces and failed in yet one more of their customarily unlawful and fraudulently executed processes. Rather than responding to any of the above, or any of the earlier factual posts made on the subject, with yet more stupid remarks, . . anyone possessing a modicum of wit or intelligence will be asking the question -- why ?
