If this is the one with the drain valve on the bottom I have not found an equivalent, would love to know if there is one as the Vetus one is dear of course. The little one in the electric pump is £11 at chandlers!

Don't know if it still exits (last bought from them about 10 years ago) but there was a Volvo place in Holland who supplied equivalents for a fraction of the price - even if you factored in the fact they made you pay in euros and charged shipping. Bought various parts, including a head gasket and bolts etc for a M4.17 for half the price here (but that was then - so sorry I can't remember the name - Google might help???). Good luck.

A search on ybw practical boat owner forums might be interesting.
I can't do much with this phone as it is running android jellybean which is about 10 years old so the security certificates for a lot of webshites arrr invalid.
This one works for now ! Its my favourite phone of all time (Motorola RAZRi) and I have sika flexed the sim in place to remove the temptation to get a newer one.

I can’t remember the part number, I will post when it arrives. That's odd. I bought one from inline filters recently, and it was identical to the original. Have you spoke to them, or just run through the internet shop? Previously i have bought the part from ebay. Victory diesels or something.

They have the original, but the person whose boat it is doesn’t need the drain. So without is cheaper.

In that case ebay. It's similar to vetus, but red and without the drain plug. I'm pretty certain victory diesels do them. They are a mercedes fit.

Any decent filter specialist should be able to supply, either by the Vetus/Lister/etc. part number, or by in extreme taking the old one to their trade counter. Just be sure to say that any drain taps must be metal for fire safety( vehicle filters can have plastic drains) Oil filters can be had also.
