It is a bit odd charging to view (I suppose it rule out fender kickers). Tempted but mentioned to swmbo who rolled her eyes and said 'it's up to you'. I know her well enough that it's a non starter

I wondered if the viewing fee was a windup designed to attract extra interest and detract from the fact it is a wreck.

They forgot to add all persons boarding the vessel must be wearing deck shoes (to protect the paint). The interior must be a right toilet if the seller doesn't want to show it in pictures.

'will only be sold under the proviso that it will be moved and the moorings paid for."
And it's moored to a knitting needle.
Hmm. So which chargeable moorings have this arrangement then?
Admittedly there are some but usually the pin would be larger and in a bit deeper.

I wondered if the viewing fee was a windup designed to attract extra interest and detract from the fact it is a wreck. New business model I reckon, advertise it cheap charge £90 per viewing. If you make sure it’s such a nightmare no one will give you the asking price, then one viewing a week would do nicely.

With a boat like that I'd be worried about people breaking in just to inspect the toilet arrangements.

I think getting people to have a look round my floating art gallery might be a better approach None of my work involved but it is a true work of art. Every detail thought through and executed with such a high degree of competence and precision it is mind bending.
