This topic has been opened to replace the thread titled - Section 8 - originally opened by deranged idiot/forum troll Kris [Nadin] and now going under a changed thread title, . . and, if previous erratic behaviour is anything to go by, could be subject to more multiple changes of thread title at any time, serving no useful purpose, and for no good reason.

The original thread was opened at 16:41hrs on 30 September 2022 with this post :-
"There’s a boater near where I am at the moment who has been served a section 8. He’s been stationary for two years. No licence, no insurance and no safety cert. He’s bloody minded and despite lots of people telling him otherwise he believes crt won’t take his boat. Sound familiar? Lots of people have tried to help him, including. People offering him tows, ( the engine doesn’t work.) it’s actually really sad but what do you do in this situation? When someone believes they know best, but everybody else can see the slow motion car crash happening."

Despite the serving of a Section 8 Notice on a boat owner being a serious matter, . . attempts to treat the original thread, and its subject matter, in a helpful, constructive and appropriate manner were not well received by the petty-minded, self-centred, despicable little shit who originated the topic/thread :- < thunderboat.boards.net/post/352971 >

Donkleys success rate at having his own boats seized is second to none. Someone rather less stupid and considerably more thoughtful would see the fact that I have, as you rightly say, had two vessels 'seized' by C&RT and its crooked contractors, . . from a completely different aspect, . . that of the acquisition of irrefutable evidence of civil and criminal wrongdoing. The rogue element in C&RT's own Legal and Governance 'team' - headed By Company Secretary Tom Deards - did so long ago, . . which is why they've cleverly set up the likes of mugs such as Brian Clarke (Commercial Boat Services) and Steve Beacham (Sharpness Shipyard & Drydock) as the fall guys for when everything comes to the inevitable final reckoning.

Is anyone reading this actually conversant with the statutory powers of 'relevant craft' removal that C&RT inherited from the former British Waterways Board, . . or why the BWB asked Parliament to approve and grant those powers ?

Is anyone reading this actually conversant with the statutory powers of 'relevant craft' removal that C&RT inherited from the former British Waterways Board, . . or why the BWB asked Parliament to approve and grant those powers ? Did anyone reading this ever have any personal first hand experience of how BWB properly exercised its newly acquired statutory powers of 'relevant craft' removal after the applicable sections of the 1983 Act came into force ? Has anyone reading this ever had any personal first hand experience of how C&RT, through its dishonest 'in house' lawyers and its crooked contractors, Brian Clarke/CBS Ltd, now misuses and abuses those same statutory powers ? Of how this so-called Trust knowingly misleads the Courts, lies to the Police, and lies to the boat owners whose boats and/or homes it is in reality stealing from them ? I have, . . and I have accumulated a lot of well documented evidence, from numerous sources, of how it is done, . . and of who, in the employ of the C&RT, is instrumental in this ongoing conspiracy !
