So Tony you never answered my question. I’m interested why you instructed me to set up the timing on my engine incorrectly. I can only think either it was a deliberate malicious act or your an imbecile who doesn’t know as much as he reckons? So which one is it? It must be one or the other. Personally I lean towards a deliberate malicious act. As witnessed by all the nonsense you came up with about my engine. I think you did it so eventually my boat would break down and I’d end up in a situation with crt. But please don’t be shy, I’m sure more than me would be interested in the answer.

Have you got it set up and running properly now or are you broken down?

I've always been fascinated with why Dunk always seems to leap straight to the assumption that incorrect ignition timing is the reason why any given engine stops working.

My given engines stop working when the diesel or petrol runs out.
I was sold on the idea of a "petrol motion machine" but I think I must have misheard what the awful conman was talking about.

Have you got it set up and running properly now or are you broken down? Twat. To be fair, the way you phrased your question is suggestive of a current problem.

To be fair, the way you phrased your question is suggestive of a current problem. it's not clear that it isn't. Hence my concern.

it was intended as a serious question. Twatty twat🤣 oh I’m sorry, I’m never sure on thunderboat. I was lucky enough to have a friend you has shown me how to set up the timing correctly. Tony took advantage of the fact that I had never done it before. The engine timing Tony’s way was just a fraction out, so the engine ran but like a bag of nails. Let this be a warning to anybody who takes Tony’s advice! He might have motivations in “helping,” that your not aware of. So Tony are you going to threaten me with legal action over this statement of fact?

To be fair, the way you phrased your question is suggestive of a current problem. No it isn't. It is indicative of kris whirring his wooden spoon as there's nowt else to do of a quiet Thursday evening.

So Tony are you going to threaten me with legal action over this statement of fact? once rebuilt a Leyland fg engine, prior to going to the Med, south France for a summer. Made a spill timing pipe thingy to do it with. Suppose the old engines are all a little different in their ways.

The silence from Tony is deafening. I thought I’d have a legal warning or at least a saved to file by now. I’m stating as fact that Tony can’t be trusted to give honest advice, or offer safe instruction. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of help with their boat.

What is it that drives the Thunderboat forum's three most active and mindless trolls to keep posting their outright lies, knowingly false accusations, malicious falsehoods, . . and their uninformed and worthless opinions ?
Since Mr Shit-for-Brains Coventon began stepping up the internet harassment, . . the malicious tripe that he's been directing my way since late 2017, . . to new, far more serious, and unprecedented levels back in September, I've read a few articles published on the internet by psychiatrists, doctors, and other mental health practitioners.
There doesn't appear to be any one definitive cause for the sort of habitual sick behaviour that nutcases and/or pathological liars such as Mr Shit-for-Brains Coventon, Kris Nadin, and jd(blunt excrement) exhibit. There is, however, agreement amongst the specialists in this field over one particular pattern of behaviour that all three of these loonies regularly indulge in, . . it's referred to as 'projection'.
'Projection' is the label given to a mental health disorder that manifests itself as a form of paranoia in which individuals, often psychotics (people who confuse the products of their own warped imaginations with true reality), attribute characteristics or behaviour patterns they know they have in themselves to someone else. Or put another way, . . they're addle-brained loonies who readily, and falsely, accuse others of wrongdoings they know themselves to be guilty of.
