In the FAQ section it says the results of the consultation will be published.
I wonder how this will be done.

If everyone responded, then a FOI could be raised after the outcome is announced to see how the 'survey' was taken into account. Not true. That particular route has been tried on several occasions, and failed. The better route is for nobody to fill the thing out at all, this not only leaves crt red faced, but also gives reason for questions to be asked on why nobody filled out the survey.

That’s okay, but then if two people fill it out and agree with crt. Then in their world 100% of respondents agreed.

But the point stands. If all the people who don’t agree don’t fill it in. The only people who fill it in will agree. So they get a high percentage of approval. So while I don’t think filling it in will change much. At least they don’t get it all their own way. Of course most of the questions are loaded and they require an answer from one of their allowed answer the complete the questionnaire. Personally I think this is a back door method of them trying to gentrify the waterways by pricing people Off.

It doesn't look all that back door to me.
I see the term Continuous Cruiser is now written on a .gov webshite. Things arrr becoming more clear. This is no longer under the radar boat living it is getting official. Interesting times. People who can't afford the increases can probably get state support for licence fees if they live on the boat and can demonstrate need. Those who can afford it pay it.
