I've never really followed Rugby but enjoyed watching last night's match....can anyone recommend a site where I could get a better understanding of the rules? Thanks The first thing to learn is that rugby does not have any rules only LAWS As to what the laws are, that is complex. If you look on www.worldrugby.org they they are all there, but I defy anyone to read them and them understand how the game is played. The basic principles are simple, pass backwards, run forwards. If you are tackled, off your feet or in front of the ball you are out of the game. After that it is all detail!

Clearly, I have much to learn

Brave Scotland, and they played very well in patches.
But England were spectacular. That game's been coming for a while methinks.
Can they replicate it in Ireland?

That was a bit good wasn't it! Some superb moves from England, they are starting to show some fantastic potential, do we really have to wait until 2019.
