Ueli Steck
A legend from the climbing world. Most would say stupid but someone who pushed the boundaries of what was possible and inspired others. RIP.

It was more about speed that interested people. I introduced several people to climbing to help with coping with life - much healthier adrenaline rush than drugs.

Copious amounts of drugs in my younger days never killed me, but climbing did kill Ueli Steck. George Mallory gave as his reason for climbing Mount Everest (where he too perished) "because it's there". I don't ever feel inclined to eat a dog turd "because it's there".

I think it's the lottery factor...

And people want to legalise drugs? I really liked her character and last year watched the musical very good. Such a waste of a life

Such a waste of a life But the whole point is that heroin being illegal didn't prevent Erin Moran dying from a heroin overdose. Perhaps if it wasn't illegal, she might have been less tempted to indulge in it?

That's my guess. Or she is standing down. But I'm sure that would not call for summoning all your staff at three o'clock in the morning.
