I bought some batteries for my kids for christmas. To avoid misunderstandings I have put a note on each present "toys not included"
Bah. Humbug.

ps - it was a spare plane with wot we come over wiv. The original stayed in Oslo to get a new windshield fitted. Cloudy all the way but then I saw what I reckon was Flamborough Head, and then, shining in the sun through a gap in the clouds, Huddersfield. Dreary old Manchester, and now steaming off to the Pennines. I shall spit out of the window as we pass Failsworth. Welcome back to England. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Despite being a "bah humbug" here's a clip of our boat lights...
Merry Christmas folks - hope you're moored somewhere different - we've chugged about 3 hours today until the wind got on our nerves... luckily we're now tied up on rings (it's quite windy) outside the Navigation pub at Broad cut.

Well let Christmas begin, i say that as once i stop it means it must be Christmas as its the only day i stop arsing about with bloody boats and cars, oh and work and chill out. Now sat with a few bottles after a busy day on the boat. May even have a few Cheeky Vimtos later or a Brandy...maybe even a Port. Hell who cares.
Over the years i have lost the Christmas spirit, maybe due to not seeing mu kids for years and well....
Still i am no humbug and i wish you all a reat good owd Christmas and awsome new year. Hope next year is better than this has been for you all.
All best
Wolly:)
