I have noticed, whilst on the T&M, that at many bridges there is a pile of old metal (cycle frames, bits of scaffold etc) left by the towpath. I assume someone (C&RT?) have been dragging the bridge holes, but unfortunately they've left the detritus behind. Can't think where that's going to end up Rog Magnet fishers Rog they always leave the rubbish on the side, still better than around my prop Back in there tomorrow - or whenever the little toerags feel inclined. ....
One of the best I saw was the blue three piece suite lined up ready near Nuneaton - can't remember the bridge number but it did have loads of warnings about anti vandal paint. I really don't enjoy that stretch!

When I use a trolley and put a pound in it I take the trolley back to the trolley park remove the coin then I lob the pound in the cut.
Just to be a rebel.

as a business all our trollies were converted.
but some things probaly like trolleys such as swimming pool lockers will accept old and new.
our local pool lockers accept them and so do the vending machines which is handy as I have a big pile of them. I know I could bank them but it keeps the kids happy.

As mentioned above their was a three piece suite near Nuneaton this spring when we came through. Brown one, quite nice. Also what appeared to be a complete car chassis on the Shropshire near Brewood yesterday. Would have taken some getting out! Lots of old cycles etc but not seen a trolley this year, yet.
