I have come to the conclusion that I will never be able to understand how a woman's mind works. I may as well give up now.

Aaaah !!! that Sir, is one of life's great mysteries Rubbish... Actually Patty, although my post was a bit of a joke, there is an element of truth in it ....... Generally speaking there is a difference between male and female brains although it is far from rigidly defined. There is a range in the way that people think and males cluster towards one end of that range and females cluster towards the other. www.psychologytoday.com/intl/blog/hope-relationships/201402/brain-differences-between-genders

My experience has shown me:
Women don't want to know how things work, they just want to start using/playing with things without reading the instruction manual first, or even thinking about proper preparation.
Women are hopeless at reversing a vehicle, and are generally poor drivers because they don't want to know how you're supposed to drive properly.
Women like women's things such as sewing, ironing, patchwork, keep-fit classes.
Women are very bitchy and hate another woman getting even close to their man.
Women generally don't drink alcohol, and get drunk easily if they do.
Women are less aggressive than men.
Women like "womens' clothes" - pink rather than blue.
Women are impatient, and their cooking suffers as a result.
Women are looking for safe, steady men rather than those with flashy cars and the dangerous driving that accompanies them.
Women can be 'just as intelligent as men' but in a different way, sometimes they have better ideas, or can see through issues more clearly.
Women are nutty about marriage, romance and babies, and home making. Women don't get excited in tool stores or camping shops.

"Females often have a larger hippocampus, our human memory center." - yeah, forever reminding their husbands of something they did 30 years ago. Once done, never undone!

a lot of the bits you put in have more to do with environment and learning factors in childhood. Structural factors are more subtle
