It does but my last read was it will be about intentional tresspass too.
We have to be careful they dont put some stuff through the back door.
Potentially wild camping is no different.

True.
Let's hope Mr Raab doesn't get involved with it and sneek in something about boats.
He has been subjected to numerous complaints about one of the biggest pisstakers on the entire inland waterways system. I could see that affecting his judgment.

That's good news really for the iternant boater community. I suppose the court saw the bigger picture of what might happen if they judged the other way. It would be nice to see the end to this tide of land grabbing too. We used to have lots of land which was regarded as 'no man's land' or public land. I've just recently discovered that the National Trust state they own the land I previously belived they were just custodians of. Like CRT it makes you wonder how much land they will sell off to privateers in the future.

"No you didn't miss Glastonbury - it's the annual Appleby fair clean-up! Thousands of travellers decamp and leave rubbish carpeting the Cumbrian market town Human faeces, used nappies and broken bottles line the lush green countryside Locals also claim portable toilet facilities left 'filthy and overflowing' Thousands of travellers and gypsies leaving town as the annual fair draws to a close 'It's an absolute disgrace. Some areas look like a refuse tip and an open sewer' claimed one furious local" www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2339504/Thousands-travellers-decamp-leave-rubbish-carpeting-Appleby-Cumbria.html

That's supposed to be your reaction to these proposed new laws. The reality is the authorities will still carry on scared to do anything. They already have sufficient powers. What will happen is the police will use the new laws for their own convenience against people and "problems" they were never intended for...but can.

I've seen travellers legally evicted from a site, and escorted in convoy by the police to their 'new' abode. The powers are there to deter this bullying, and also to seize unlicensed and uninsured vehicles, but they're never used. When persistent offenders are known to have (generally) desirable residences in Ireland, and only come here to further a crime based nuisance, direct action should be taken.

I thought pikeys had houses in Slough.
ETA its interesting how part of the Brexit bullshit revolves around the Irish question.
Maybe the best solution to world affairs is simply to nuke Ireland and Israel. And Iraqistan.
In fact just nuke all countries with I as the initial letter.
(That is capital i not lower case L. Font formatting issue.)
And also nuke EIton John.
That would sort it.
