That is true but I have had to pay sending stuff back when it was supplied by a British Ltd Co and fulfilled by Amazon so I doubt one would get off Scot free in this case. More fool you. I buy just about everything I want through Amazon, have done for several years, and I’ve never had to pay anything when returning. I even buy stuff from the states through another account I have registered over there, and I’ve never been asked to pay anything towards a return on that one either. Brexit has influenced some of Amazon’s resources, but anyone with common sense will expect that and shop accordingly. lf I have an issue, Amazon has sorted it on the phone, and sent me a replacement on that day, picking up the return item upon new delivery.

This is probably a long shot but does anyone have one of these that I could borrow? I’ve got a Phoenix inverter 12/3000 that isn’t cutting out at the correct low voltage, but I can’t alter this using the dip switches. The ve bus connector is £70 and I only need it for half an hour. I’ll pay postage and buy you a drink if you have one I could use. It’s actually worthwhile investing in one. Firstly, victron are becoming quite regular in producing hardware and software updates for their products, you will need the lead ( or a Bluetooth equivalent) to enable this function. It’s also handy for adjusting charging temperature over winter and summer months etc. I know that’s a bit geeky, but it does help prolong battery life.

Further to this thread which I've only just found, I have one and all the instruction manuals etc which is for sale very cheap. I did try on CWDF back in 2017 but had only one sniff who later just gave up on the idea. I might as well get rid of it as keep it in the cupboard unused and only to be thrown away eventually. Kris doesn't need one any more from messaging that I've had with him. Roger
