It was to use your words fecked up when he jumped with joy and slapped a piece of unintelligible text on the thread, the target could not understand it. As I recall, the correction wasn't aimed at 'the target', it was addressed to you. Unfortunately instead of accepting it with good grace and saying "Oops, yes, my mistake" you argued, obfuscated, threatened legal action and then had the thread pulled. The actions of a child.

TBH Graham I don't remember that bit but fair play. We are all (as adults) ultimately responsible for what we do with what we read at the end of the day. I don't believe we are talking H&S issues here are we? I think you and Nick have a lot to bring to this forum. Try not to feck it up. Vaguely could have been but unlikely but it was put on because of the target audience. It was to use your words fecked up when he jumped with joy and slapped a piece of unintelligible text on the thread, the target could not understand it. Yes, but isn't this just a case of puffed up chests all around though? I remember back in the good old CWF days pointing out that the biggest danger was from people being too cock sure of themselves. Now look what's happened! The irony is that I speak as one of the same. [mind explodes]

[Bassplayer, sorry no the threads stay where they are in a bin and shredded. I did it with great regret knowing I had written something very good and hoped the bullies would keep away. it was the right thing to do. I do not believe he could not see the picture, I believe it was deliberate and calculated as I believe they have done in the past. You see knowing what I know of past run ins with them a minimal slip and the big guns are there even before I have had time to read through and edit. I am sure I was tracked on CW, the time it took for the arrival was in my mind too short. Their territory no one is allowed, no one can know what they know. BTW there were in my opinion three pure technical errors, maybe he did not know enough about batteries don't know. You speak of free speech part of that is the ability to withdraw stuff as well. Freedoms like that work both ways includes the right to remove. I am truly sorry but they stay deleted. Graham, who is "them"? (I think I can guess "he") You say there were three technical errors. You criticise people for pointing out one of them, and also for not pointing out the other two. Bit inconsistent! P.S. Am I one of "them"? I don't know if your one of them what were you on CW. No the remark about the three errors was the purity man either missed them or does not know as much as he makes out he knows. All three errors were deliberate and were minor technicalities in my opinion in the scheme of the article. With the heading on the article none should have been picked out, it was declared as a not a thesis and thus not necessarily technically accurate.

Oh dear oh dear his dummy has fallen out again. No you don't recall correctly. It is no good posting a correction if the target user can't understand it and the language encourages it to be read to the end.

Lol...how dare you suggest we use Google instead of this forum or dare I say it, WiKi analforum. It's simpler. Doesn't argue, blood let, or threaten to sue. Just plain and simple good old instruction. (Someone should throw graham in there).

Are grammar police allowed on here as a method of denigrating a poster's point of view?

[mind explodes] No chest is not puffed up, chest is deflated, and no I was not cock sure with Norman around, hence I made sure of the heading. Think we have a we are the technical experts and no one else shall enter our domain, all will be pure and ivory tower approved. We are responsible etc etc

Well why not ask Delta to recover the thread so we can all refresh our memories?
