I don't use it but always have been interested by the rather nackered railway viaduct at Nuneham above Abingdon.. Now rumours are saying the line (Oxford to Didcot) is going to be closed for 3 months. The viaduct is viafucked. www.railforums.co.uk/threads/nuneham-viaduct-shut-didcot-oxford.246310/page-11I'm sure there is more trouble coming on that line. The beautiful Brunel bridges are full of buddleia which is a terribly damaging plant for brick structures.

Sounds like it was chuffed to bits and now needs repairing. Those pesky trains.

From that angle it looks quite serious.
The other similar bridge downstream of Culham lock doesn't have the central structure in the River like this one. Its just one span.
This one seems to be a funny one.

Great Western Railway is owned by Deutsche Bahn - those nice people who not only shifted hundreds of thousands of Jews to the German death camps of 1939-45, but also made them pay for their tickets. Every time you buy a ticket on GWR the profit goes to the German government. And not ploughed back into the UK railways. "All aboard for Auschwitz ... err.... Bristol!"

First Group does not seem to be a Kraut owned company in the real world.

Which is probably wholly owned by the kraut company as stated; but who gives a fuck anyway, I think it comes under the 'that which is' rule that you are fond of.
You must have the pedelec wheel by now, how's all that going? Or not, as the case may be.

Unlikely, given that Deutsche Bahn was founded on 1st January 1994.

First group PLC actually own quite a few business abroad. The American school buses are first. And they have the controlling stake in greyhound.
Seems they played the uno reverse card.
