Interesting boat currently advertised between the For Sale listing of Mersey & Wyre, Tasmania a converted horse-drawn workboat… Looks good!👍 Your not posting a link because the short boats are not for Sale at the moment. Post a link to a live advert to prove me wrong?

Interesting boat currently advertised between the For Sale listing of Mersey & Wyre, Tasmania a converted horse-drawn workboat… Looks good!👍 Whatever this moron Andyberg might try to demonstrate, . . or convince himself and the other forum arsewipes of, . . the reality is that neither Wyre nor Mersey are currently being advertised for sale by Commercial Boat Services [CBS], . . and they are telling enquirers that both have been sold.
This, . . as I've said previously, . . means that either the boats have been sold, in which case Commercial Boat Services/C&RT have sold something that wasn't, and NEVER WAS theirs to sell, and are therefore in big trouble.
Alternatively, and far more likely, is that CBS are lying about the boats having been sold, and C&RT have instructed them to take both boats off the market because of the increasingly widespread publicity and recognition of the fact that having been unlawfully seized from their rightful owners, neither vessel is, or ever was, CBS's or C&RT's to sell in the first place.

O M G
And I was like 'wtf?'
Big job.
Also I think that the link provided may not to be to a current sale.
Its like porn. Sometimes the automatic acclomeritation sites have stuff which is a bit old.

"It is currently ashore at our Chester yard where it can be viewed by appointment".
Of course, this is not proof that it is being sold by Commercial Boat Services, there are probably loads of yards around Chester where Section 8 boats are kept ashore and offered for sale.

Interesting to see them approaching the scrap man.
A conspiracy theorist could argue that it would be convenient for these to get broken up.
But I am not a conspiracy theorist.

They almost certainly will be cut up for scrap. I imagine there are very few people who would want to take on such a thing, given the potential costs of restoration.

It is interesting that when they where first advertised Mersey was more exspensive than wye and now it’s changed round.

It is interesting that when they where first advertised Mersey was more exspensive than wye and now it’s changed round. Mersey/Arthur has a lot of overplating. A Boat which might not take kindly to being left alone. Needs a fire and ventilation otherwise there will be trouble I think.

Somewhere between 30-40 grand for a new bottom, don’t ask me how I know.
