If the form and fitness of our potential Lions continues, I think we could seriously expect great things.
However, I hope Warren has been studying the Irish win for a pointer, rather than persisting with his Warrenball tactics. They will not work on NZ.

We'll forgive him if they put up a good show I suppose.
Early indications would suggest it'll be warrenball again though.

Some strange choices.
The only hope we have is to attack NZ in every game, right from the start. I know they'll score tries, we just have to score more. A bit of a shoot out.
If Gatland goes his usual 'route one', and 'just run through them', I think it could be embarrassing.
Some strange choices tut tut

Silly question I know. But now that Article 50 has been triggered and when the divorce finally concludes. Will we be able to drop the Oirish out of the British & Irish Lions, and tell them to feck off and find their own feckin' tournament to play in ?

Poor old Dyls, still, he's first cab of the rank when the kiwis rough up one of the other three. Glad to see Kruis in the mix, Courtney has finally realised he needs to be in a squad on merit not reputation and past exploits. Good luck to all those touring with the Lion's, shame we are taking Warrenball to the best team on the planet though

Well, that was an un-impressive narrow escape from Warren's men. I didn't watch the game, but reading from Planet Rugby; we made it very hard for ourselves. Thank Gaawd for Baarrfff's AW today When it comes to the actual tests, I have a strong feeling we're going to be cattle trucked over a barrel. But, we already knew that didn't we

A win is a win. But there's nothing much more to say from what I read. And the NZ journos are having a field day talking about the Lions 'incompetence' and how 'they're not fit to wear the shirt'. Makes you wish harder for a series win I'd love to see Laidlaw (or Murray) with Sexton, Farrell and Joseph get some playing time as a unit. But I suspect it'll be route one, bang, crash. Rog

One try from a driving maul. Doesn't sound like the attacking threat we're going to need. Blue sky thinking......it's the three test results that matter, and we haven't lost one yet. I'm sure the lads now know, if there was any previous doubt, just how tough this is going to be. Rog PS maybe Gats is going for the 'roper doper' trick, to lull NZ into a false sense of security
