Is there a reason why the elusive contract cannot be posted for all to read, then we will know what to look out for in the future? Or is Tony about to become the new Rachel, we are still waiting the lift bridge document? I know I'm especially waiting as I'm off to Bugsworth soon and I'm pretty sure it was that stretch mentioned on the thread. I'm scared and need those instructions.

Posting the contract would be 3 pages of writing that says nothing about an admin fee. The admin fee is only mentioned in the letter I posted.

you don't need to write 3 pages of script, just scan and post the 3 pages as JPG files. Hardly the work of Samson.
Is there a penalty for not giving notice to leave (assuming such notice is required), that has wrongly been described in a letter as an admin fee?
in most tenancies or similar arrangements where the customer is occupying a space that can be let, if no notice to quit is given the landlord suffers a loss because he cannot immediately replace the tenant, so a penalty is applied to cover some of those losses; in this case £50 is probably less than a week's rent.

I've told you im leaving wen you knocked on my boat.on 3rd March. So that really is simple.I wonder How many people have left here owing you thousands.which I've seen you telling them to leave .cus of owing you money .ive paid all my mooring fees. And I've told you that I'm leaving so you have been notified.and like you told me that I can walk out on the end date and you can't do enything about it.im so glad that you read this. cus that's the reason I did it..has it might make you change in the way you treat customers in future with your arrogance at the marina

As before, he's got a (home) mooring, but a much better one than the devoid of facilities dump in Cranfleet Cut that C&RT provided him with shortly before Section 8'ing his boat and obtaining an Injunction barring it from their waters.

If folk like yourself stopped sticking your oars into how others boat, and concentrated on your own style, 90% of all issues boating related would not even exist.

If cart would of gave me the offside Rd moorings at beeston. which I asked them for in the first place then there wouldn't of been. The banning me as it was the only place suitable. For facilities etc
