It's too loud.
I have a petrol Eber in my camper with a similar solenoid dosing pump that's barely audible, but this Webasto one is as loud if not louder 60ft away at the other end of the boat.
It's fed by a shortish run of copper pipe joined with a 2" flexible pipe. Inside the flexi pipe it's metal to metal contact as per instructions to prevent an air bubble building up. This can't help? The outlet to another copper pipe is the same and so is another from that pipe to the heater.
The pump is mounted via the more modern style of rubber clamp.
BSS won't allow a long length of flexi pipe.
The noise is transmitted through the hull so must be via pipes. The van eber is fed by flexible pipe and from the pump to heater has a tiny bore reasonably rigid plastic pipe. This is quiet.
Any proven success stories?

Are you sure about the BSS.
I think they will as long as the hose is acceptably marked and uses acceptable methods of connection. Happy to be corrected though.

I just got Geoff to fire his up, the mounting is crude but you can hardly hear it. Maybe it's just old.

If I'm passing.👍
Now I have a coil sleeved with rubber pipe on the inlet and 90 deg flexible connecting bits everywhere and it's quiet. Yee-ha!

No kidding, after last post I fired it up again and maybe it expelled an air bubble or something but it's now so quiet I can't hear it at all. I thought it had failed to light and stopped pumping but no! I can feel it pumping if I touch it but it's completely silent.
