Nice. I'm having a cruise by myself tomorrow along the Regents and Paddington Arm from Limehouse to Bulls bridge. Its changed so much since the working days but at the the end of the day the cut is still, for now, a time machine I love it.

As Roger said Kris .... a cracking Film !!! Particularly enjoyed the MSC shots ...... Autumn 1965 I joined the "Manchester Regiment" in Manchester docks for a trip to Montreal and Quebec and back to Manchester. The next year I was on a small coastal oil tanker "Chailey" running all round the UK and Ireland and quite frequently up the MSC to Modewheel. It was all still a bit like that then ...... but those glorious old paddle tugs had long gone
