As I have been watching the World Cup, I'vebeen distracted by the fact that virtually every footballer seems to have had their arms scribbled all over by one of my kids, most of them resemble my phone notepad in my office at workπ Even the straight laced, dog eating Koreans do it!π³ Not really seen it in any other sport... apart from them big butch NZ rugger boys..... Any one know why ? Anyone have tattoos? Can anyone explain why people pay good money to make themselves appear proper twattish... I mean, Foxy achieves that for free by just posting on forums?π€ A proper football twat yesterday

I hate tattoos and piercings. Awful. The worst is those horrible "ear tunnels" when I see someone with one of them I want to clip a snap-hook into it and tie it up somewhere it looks like a mooring attachment point.

I don't like tattoos so don't have any, but each to their own I suppose.
I guess they do it to show their individualism......er hang on.
No, I give in.
Guess it's just a fashion thing.

I don't, it would be like putting a bumper sticker on a Rolls-Royce.
Having said that, it seems to be mainstream these days, I saw a woman in her 50's stacking shelves in Tesco a few weeks ago and both her arms were covered in obviously recent tattoos.

The only tattoo I would consider is H A T E across the knuckles on my left hand. But apprently that hurts and I hate pain.

Stabby's just reminded me of two people with medical tattoos I've seen recently, in supermarkets by coincidence.
A lady had 'allergic to penicillin' on her wrist, with pretty leaves around it, and a gent had a reference to epilepsy.
Seemed a good idea.

It could be closing the Dartford Tunnel due to the threat of people from Kent walking through it (*1), catching a weekly βSwingers Clubβ meeting in the car park at Waitrose (*2), or even local OAP gangsters hiding Β£300m of cocaine in custard cream biscuits (*3) β it seems that the people of South Essex are willing to discuss the big issues on Facebook/Twitter regardless of whether or not the content posted is actually true. A few minutes reading the comments generated by their followers shows that there is a clear and almost even split between people that know what they are all about and those who βget pulled inβ and react with outrage!

Son who was a marine has tattoos ..they r ok but hope he doesn't overdo it..knowing him he's not finished yet..daughter has small one and middle son has some.. Each to their own I suppose, I once nursed a guy whose tattoo on his arm got badly infected ..right mess it was. I wouldn't..considered it at one time as I quite fancied butterfly but hate pain so it was always a no goer.
