I forgot to have my phone to hand most of the time yesterday - remembered to take a few snaps on the way back today though. This has been slowly reclaimed by nature over the last 10 years I know of. A nice little wooden boat. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! One use for an old lifeboat though. An even more esoteric take on lifeboat conversion. Headroom looks good 👍 I'd love one of these with an outboard motor on 🚢🍻👍 This is Lucy Rose the boat that suffered the recent gas explosion in Ely - no obvious damage and no more info as yet. I've always liked this Broads cruiser 👍 Boats are often named after important people in your life, not so for this person. Short and sweet with a minima number of characters to stick on, the Swedes would be proud. I suppose it makes a change from Wild Thyme, Wet Dream, Dream Catcher and all they sort of unoriginal crap. This old fella had been trailing about all weekend, Google thought mouse looked better in monochrome

I love those old Fen buildings, often sitting in splendid isolation, you can see where the building has deformed due to having insufficient footing leaving the building very much twisted out of true. Of course some were built on a concrete raft and it is common to see a entire building leaning over like me leaving the pub. Phil
