local boaters raised it and kept it up.
the title is slightly wrong. it should read looted boat partially sinks.
they stole the battery which stopped the bilge pump.
locals managed to borrow generators and raise it. before it completely sunk

Who steals an old leisure battery? Was the boat licenced? Did it have a valid BSS? Insurance? More to this than we are being told. As usual. isent the picture the offside river avon in bath by the bus depot? I'm pretty sure it was there Easter.
